ABOUT THE FOUNDER & TEAM

Allen Barbarich

Allen Barbarich is the founder and owner of the Entrata Project. Al was born and raised in Detroit, MI. He moved to Las Vegas in 2001, and shortly thereafter became interested in the tremendous potential of neighboring Mohave County, Arizona. Al is a Las Vegas based entrepreneur, real estate investor, and developer. He is also a very successful securities trader, which has afforded him the opportunity to acquire many large tracts of land in Mohave County over the past 18 years.

Al has personally financed and/or developed over 1.5 million square feet of industrial, warehouse, logistics, and office space. His most recent project in Harvard, Illinois was the purchase and revitalization of the former Motorola World Headquarters. This facility sat vacant for over 20 years and is now home to U.S. Medical Glove Manufacturing, which is slated to employ 1,200 people, reviving the local economy by bringing the manufacturing of critical medical supplies back to the United States.

Al resides in Las Vegas with his wife, Lauren, and their two daughters. Al enjoys spending time with his family, rock climbing, and aviation. Al is a licensed commercial pilot. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Michigan State University.

The Barbarich family has been a proud long-time supporter of various local community organizations, including the Dolan Springs Community Council, Our Lady of the Desert St. Vincent DePaul, Community Organization of Meadview, The Dolan Springs Trails System, and Meadview Quail, among others.

Kathleen A. Tackett-Hicks

Ms. Tackett-Hicks has been involved in both the public and the private sectors of regulatory compliance, land development and construction projects for over 30 years. KTH Consulting provides expertise in project development strategies, governmental liaison and regulation dynamics, land entitlement and contract negotiations, and works directly with permitting agencies and Contractors to ensure successful project development. Kathy is very accomplished and experienced in working with multiple stakeholders and under strained dynamics at all levels of government including local, county, state and federal agencies.

Ms. Tackett-Hicks is also a licensed residential contractor, has been a featured speaker for Land Development and Green Build topics and has been recognized as a Sustainable Development Business Leader. She has been appointed to numerous local and state strategic planning groups addressing electric transmission planning, groundwater protection, general plan and zoning ordinance reviews, renewable energy codes and regulations, conservation district dynamics, and subdivision and land entitlement considerations. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies – Biology, from Northern Arizona University, and is based in Kingman, Arizona.
